'Data error' or no data shown
Sometimes you may see 'Data error' or 'No records found' when you are expecting to see results. This usually indicates that your session has timed out. For example you may have been exploring the My Lists menu option and left BUBO Listing for a few hours; when trying again you could receive this error.
If this does happen then just select the home page and then retry: this should restart your session.
If this does not work, then close your internet browser and re-open it.
If this does not work either, then please contact us with details of what you were trying to do and we'll do a bit of head-scratching!
