The Indiana Bird Records Committee (IBRC) is a committee of Indiana Audubon Society. The IBRC maintains the Official State Bird CheckList. Note that Pygmy/Brown-headed Nuthatch is included by the IBRC as "equivocal as to individual species" - this has not been included in BUBO Listing.
